Ruakaka Surf Day

Each year Tiaho Trust in conjunction with the Tokerau Beach Boys hosts the Ruakaka Surf Day. This gives youth/people with Physical and Intellectual disabilities an opportunity to “catch a wave” in a controlled and safe environment.

The 2019 celebrations will be held on Saturday 23rd February at the Ruakaka Surf Lifesaving Club from 10am – 2pm. Registrations are essential as only 30 participants can participate, due to the ratio of Instructors/Volunteers and participants.

To find out more please see the attached Flyer, registration forms. If you can help out on the day as a Volunteer (be it in the water or on land) there is a form for you too and we really appreciate your help.

REGISTRATION CLOSE ON FRIDAY 15th FEBRUARY 2019 OR BEFORE IF FILLED – FIRST IN FIRST APPROVED

Tiaho Trust has the final say on whether an application is approved.

For further information please contact Arlene Carter by emailing arlene@tiaho.org.nz or ringing her on 0800 430-3406
