As a follow on from our article on 14th April 2015 “Introduction of Paid Car Parking at Whangarei Hospital” we are able to advise that in some instances you may qualify for an exemption to the paid parking.
You will find below, a copy of the Patient Car Parking Exemption Form.
These applications are assessed on a case by case basis, clients who qualify take the form to the department/clinic they are attending where they will be processed.
