Tiaho Trust is organising and promoting a free information event of NZ Relay’s latest services for people with speech and hearing impairments.
These services include Hearing Carry Over (HCO), Speech to Speech (STS) and Email & pre-call set up. These services allows the speech impaired person the opportunity to speak directly to the person they are calling and then read the responses on the text telephone.
Everyone is welcome to this free event on Monday 28th April from 12.30pm – 3.00pm. It is being held at the Cafler Suite, Forum North, Whangarei. Light refreshments will be available.
Business representatives are welcome as this presentation will help you improve your customer service to the hearing and speech impaired.
