- Disability Connect will be providing information on Individualised Funding, Transitioning out of School and Living Options.

Stall Holders from the Northland DIAS Collective below as well as Disability Service
Providers such as Home Support North, TLC4u, Idea Services and other local providers will providing information on what supports are available for those with a disability and their whanau.
