The timetable of events for our Getting Out There: Making the most of living EXPO at Forum North, August 14th and 15th is now available.
The timetable of events for Friday 14th August and Saturday 15th August is out now to give you the opportunity to choose what time you want to come down to the Getting Out There: Making the most of living EXPO so you can take part in what most interests you.
The Forum North Exhibition Hall will also be packed with informational stalls both days so you can talk to your local organisations about what support groups and assistance there is available to you and your loved ones.
In addition to the Northland DIAS Collective there will be many other community groups and organisations attending with their information about their activities that will help you to make the most of living – from various forms of exercise to sign language classes, cooking demonstrations for those wanting inspiration for cooking for one and on Saturday there will be two Fashion Shows from the Hospice Shop.
