Congratulations Kimberley McLean!

Northland Boccia and the disabled community extends a huge “CONGRATULATIONS” to Kimberley McLean who was awarded “Sportswoman of the Year” (across all codes) at the Tikipunga High School (Whangarei) senior Praisegiving.
This is tremendous recognition of Kimberley’s achievements this year and of the sport of boccia.  Northland Boccia would like to thank Tikipunga High School for their awesome support, given to both our athletes and to boccia.

Kimberley and Andrew Phillips (Bay of Islands College) were boccia code winners at this year’s ASB Northland Secondary Sports Awards with Bryan Robinson being the other finalist.
Annie Wihongi was a finalist at the recent Tai Tokerau Maori Sports Awards in the category of “Sportsperson with a Disability”.  Congratulations Annie!

Northland Boccia has six finalists who will be attending the premier Northland Sports Awards next Friday, 23 November vying for the boccia code awards.  They are:
