Do you or someone you know have a speech or hearing impairment?  Would your business like to ensure that all your existing and potential customers get excellent service?

Tiaho Trust is organising and promoting free information events in Whangarei and Kaikohe of NZ Relay’s latest services for people with speech and hearing impairments.

These services include Hearing Carry Over (HCO), Speech to Speech (STS) and Email & pre-call set up. 

Everyone is welcome to this free event; light refreshments will be available.

Business representatives are encouraged to come along as this presentation will help you improve your customer service to the hearing and speech impaired.
