Multiple Sclerosis Awarenss Week

This years Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Week runs from the 1st – 7th September.

We will be marking the occasion with a street appeal where the funds raised will go towards providing services to people with MS, their families and carers in Northland. If you are in a position to help with the street appeal we would love to hear from you.

Our collection will take place over three days:

Monday 1st - Kerikeri at New World
Tuesday 2nd - Dargaville at Woolworths
Wednesday 3rd - Whangarei at The Warehouse, Regent New World, Tikipunga Countdown and No.1 Shoes at Tawera shopping centre

Waipu on Saturday 6th
Come and visit us at the Waipu Hall.  One of our members has voulunteered to collect and sell a raffle that she has so lovingly and painstakingly made herself. So go along and support her and just see what she has made.

Upcoming Event

We are having a MONSTER GARAGE SALE!

Labour weekend, Saturday and Sunday 25th and 26th October from 10am to 4pm at 784 State Highway 1, Oakleigh.

Tent sites are available for anyone wanting to set up a stall for themselves or their organisations at a charge of $10.00 per site per day, proceeds going to the MS Society Northland. lady and items at a garage sale

There will also be a yummy sausage sizzle to temp you.

Very inspirational article for our maori men, i’m the gout research nurse for ngati porou hauora i would love to utilise your article and photo to motivate our many sufferers here on the coast.  I too have come across some very young guys (and old) who are too whakama etc and are not presenting early enough, could you contact me please?
