Mita ‘Wins’ Hearts

Mita Moses ready for the ringWhangarei’s Deaf boxer, Mita Moses stepped into the ring for his debut boxing match on 29th August. Mita said that his original opponent pulled out of the competition and was replaced with a boxer who had already turned professional with 105 fights under his belt.

The fight was a close contest, but Mita stopped the fight towards the end because he felt his opponent had an unfair advantage. Smiling at the outcome, Mita announced that his next fight was 5th December in Auckland.
