Hui - Development of Hospice services

This is an invitation for you to participate in the development of hospice services for local communities.

Hospice mid-north strives to provide the best possible palliative care for the sick or terminally ill in the place they choose to be.  We would like to know what kind of care you would like.  By sharing our knowledge and experinces, we will learn what is available and needed, and together explore how Hospice can provide personalised care.
