Engaging disabled people in Sport

Sport Northland 10000 steps logoSport Northland is conducting a survey to find out from Northland Disability Service Providers, what would engage your clients into sport and/or physical activity.

The information collected will be used to develop (or enhance existing) strategies that will enable Sport Northland to provide appropriate relevant support to people with disabilities and sports providers.

Below is a copy of the survey for your organisation to complete. We are more than happy if you would like to distribute for all of your staff to complete and are happy to receive these either by email (to this address), fax (09) 470 3226) or post (please advise if you would prefer post so that we can include return envelopes).

If possible, it would be greatly appreciated for the completed surveys to be sent back to us by 31st July..

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me on the details below or contact Kim Silvey (Sport Northland’s Sport Opportunity Advisor) at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or (09) 470 3208.
