Te Oranga Kaumatua Kuia Disability Support Services - Elder Abuse and Neglect

Social Service Practitioners are invited to a Presentation given by Specialists in providing Elder Abuse and Neglect Prevention Services for Kaumatua Kuia and their Whanau.

The presentation covers Elder Abuse and Neglect Prevention Services, Te Reo Me Ona Tikanga Practices, Maori Model of Practice, Whanau Intervention and Reconciliation.

This seminar is being held at the Terenga Paraoa Marae, 10 Porowini Ave Whangarei.  It is being held on the 14th October 2008 with the Powhiri starting at 9am and the seminar completing at 3pm.
