Service Co-ordinator - Northland

We are offering a great opportunity for a qualified Service Co-ordinator to join our Whangarei based team identifying and responding to individual and community needs within Northland Deaf community.

Responsibilities include:

  • The facilitation of support and equipment assessments and
  • The development and review of care plans based on these assessments.
  • Developing working relationships with Deaf networks and other related community organisations and service providers.

Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, as is the maintenance of accurate information systems, file management and timely report writing.

Knowledge and/or experience with the Deaf community and New Zealand Sign Language would be an advantage.
