Chronically Fabulous

Chronically fabulous is a group for people aged between 20 - 40 years old (or close to) who have a chronic health condition.

This is an opportunity for people to come together, relax and be with other people who understand.  We meet on the first Friday of each month in the room at McDonalds on Bank Street from 4.30pm - 6pm.
