Be.Accessible Launch
Published 22 June 2011, Posted in NorthlandBe. Accessible is a brand, a framework for accessibility and a social change campaign with the vision to inspire and enable a 100% accessible society.
Through an integrated communications approach, it will inspire and inform New Zealanders of opportunities to provide better access to those of us who may be temporarily or permanently disabled or in need of additional support in order to contribute fully to society.
We are travelling around New Zealand to share our vision and invite you along to a one-hour interactive presentation followed by afternoon tea on Tuesday 5th July from 1pm to 3pm at the ARC Security Room, Toll Stadium, Okara Drive.
At this event, we will present the Be. Accessible story, introduce key locations that will be assessed for accessibility in the lead up to Rugby World Cup 2011 and invite you all to contribute towards the accessibility journey in Whangarei through a fun initiative we have planned for you.
To register your interest in atending this event please fill out the form online at this address: http://www.beaccessible.org.nz/about-us/be-on-the-road
