This course, facilitated by Sylvia Page and Chris Simper, will look at how we create balance in our lives. How we cope with changes, adapt to loss and live life fully can be improved by understanding depression, grief, the physiology of sleep, and stress.

Together the group will develop coping strategies through discussion, information, by understanding our emotions and by learning relaxation techniques.

This four week course is being held at the Age Concerns Activities Centre, 16 Manse Street, Whangarei.

Bookings are essential for this course, please contact Age Concern on 438 8043 to register.

Course dates: Tuesday March 24, 31, April 7 & 14
9:15am for 9:30am start finishing at 12 noon.
