ASB Community Trust Meetings

ASB Community Trust is holding public meetings in Auckland and Northland to present its 2009 financial year results and discuss plans for the future.

The Auckland meeting is at Orakei Marae, on Kitemoana St, Orakei, on Monday 3 August.

The Northland meeting is in Kerikeri’s The Centre on Saturday, September 5.

Auckland public meeting

The Auckland event begins with a Funding Fair from 1pm -2pm, where ASB Community Trust will be joined by other community funding organisations ready to talk with community group representatives about projects and funding requests. Other funders confirmed for the event include the Lion Foundation, the Perry Foundation, Volunteering Auckland, DIA Lotteries, Vodafone Foundation, IRD, Community Waitakere, and the Funding Information Service.

The Auckland public meeting runs from 2pm -3pm. The Trust will present its financial results for the year ending March 31, 2009 and discuss its plans for the year ahead. The meeting will be followed by informal discussions with ASB Community Trust staff and Trustees from 3pm - 4pm.

Kerikeri public meeting

The Kerikeri meeting starts at 1pm on September 5.  The Trust will again present its financial results and outline its plans for the year ahead. After the meeting grants advisors will run informal workshops where community group representatives can discuss projects that need funding. Trustees will also be available to talk one-on-one with visitors.
