Ageing and Intimacy Symposium

Alzheimers Northland and Dr Allyson Waite of Sex Therapy New Zealand have organised a symposium for anyone interested in the issues facing older people through times of personal and interpersonal change

This symposium is for Individuals, Couples, Caregivers, Professionals and the General Public who wish to explore relationships, intimacy and sexuality in later life in the context of the many changes in our physical,      psychological and social selves with age.

Our presenter is Dr Allyson Waite, a Registered Clinical Psychologist trained in the U.K. 

She has undertaken advanced training modules in sex therapy and is an accredited therapist with Sex Therapy New Zealand working with individuals and couples. She has a special interest in working with people with trauma as well as in working with older people and issues of later life.

Cost: $80.00 per person   (Includes morning tea and lunch)
