Congrats to North Island Boccia team
Published March 27th 2007, Posted in NorthlandThere were celebrations all round after nine Northland boccia exponents took part in the 2007 North Island Boccia Champs going home with several medals and Becky Haslam receiving a marriage proposal during the medal ceremony from her partner Chris Youens.

WINZ red tape wrangle
Published March 13th 2007, Posted in National / 1 CommentTiaho Trust has received numerous complaints from people who have life long disabilities,who anually have to get a medical certificates and complete a form from Work & Income stating that they still have a disability/s . To quote one individual, “I can handle being disabled all my life, but it is a real poke in the eye having to go to a doctor every year so they can tell me “"Gee, you know what, your still disabled"”.
